You'll need the replacement tiles. Most homes have spares left over from when the floor was laid, so check the garage or shed. No spares? Take a broken piece to a tile shop to find a match.

      Good to know

      • Tiles: I don't supply tiles. You provide the replacement tiles. Most homes have spares, or a tile shop can usually match a broken piece.
      • Minimum charge: per visit. Have more than one job? Do them in the same visit and save.
      • No hidden extras: grout, silicone and adhesive are included.
      • Waterproofing: I don't do waterproofing. If I find damaged waterproofing under a tile, I'll stop and tell you, so a licensed waterproofer can fix it properly.

      I started Precision Tiling & Repairs to do the jobs bigger tiling companies often turn down: the single cracked tile, the shower that needs resealing, the balcony tile that's come loose.

      When you call, you get me. I'll come and look at the problem, tell you honestly what it needs and give you a clear price before I start. Then I'll do the job carefully, clean up after myself and make sure you're happy with the result.
