Re-Silicone
Removal of old, mouldy, or failing silicone and a clean re-seal — especially important in wet areas like showers and bathrooms.
Re-Silicone (Standard Shower Recess): $200 minimum + $40 per linear metre
Re-Grouting
Old, cracked, or discoloured grout replaced for a fresh, sealed finish.
Full Area Regrout (shower recess, bathroom floor, kitchen, laundry, etc.)
$200 minimum + $50 per m²
Patch / Spot Regrouting (e.g. balconies, isolated cracked or damaged sections)
$220 minimum + $40 per linear metre
Tile Replacement
Fixing drummy and cracked tiles — carefully removed and replaced for a clean, seamless finish.
Standard tiles (up to ~300x300mm): $200 minimum (includes first tile), $50 per additional tile
Medium tiles (450x450mm): $200 minimum (includes first tile), $65 per additional tile
Large format tiles (600x600–900x600mm): $200 minimum (includes first tile), $90 per additional tile
For tile replacement jobs, the homeowner is required to have the replacement tiles on-site and ready before the scheduled appointment. We don't supply or source tiles ourselves — this keeps our pricing simple and avoids delays on the day.

Hi, I'm Jirawat Jaruvisitsri (Jessy) — I run Precision Tiling & Repairs on the Gold Coast, servicing Burleigh Heads to Broadbeach.
One of the biggest challenges in tile repair is working off someone else's original work. Every tiler has their own methods, tile choices, and grout mixes — so when I'm called in to fix a drummy or cracked tile, I'm often reverse-engineering decisions someone else made years ago. Matching tile, colour, and finish without a fresh slate takes patience and a sharp eye for detail.
No job is too small — whether it's a single loose tile or a few cracked ones, I'm happy to help. Note: customers need to supply matching replacement tiles; I'll take care of the rest with precision and care.
